FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is this site suitable for beginners?
Yes! Reformer classes are categorized by level, making it easy to find beginner-friendly options. Most mat classes are suitable for all levels, with modifications and optional progressions offered so you can build a practice that works for you.

How do I know if AO Pilates is right for me?
I recommend starting with the free classes on this site or with the 7-day free trial in the online studio. If you enjoy the classes, great! Let's keep moving together.
Can I access on my phone?
Yes! The online studio is completely mobile-friendly. You can stream all workouts on your phone, tablet, or laptop.

Do I need props?
There are plenty of classes that don't use props! Each video clearly notes if props are needed. You can also search "no props" to quickly bring up videos.
Props are typically inexpensive if you are interested in purchasing them. Click here to shop the props I use in class!
Do I need to have the same reformer?
No! I cue based on spring color (Balanced Body) & weight (other brands), so you can easily follow along even if you don’t have the same reformer as me.

What do you mean by studio-quality classes?
The majority of the classes in the online studio were originally taught in an in-person group setting. Each class is intentionally programmed for seamless transitions between series, and my cueing is the same as if I were with you in person.
Why do you have two sites?
It's the most cost effective option for my small business right now.
-
aopilates.co is the landing page, where you can learn more about what you can expect as a member
-
aopilates.studio is the online studio, where you can take class
My goal is to one day have it all in one place!
